We want you to have a wonderful spa experience with us.Therefore, we recommend communicating with your spa therapist to help them customize your treatment to your maximum satisfaction and enjoyment.
Arriving on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and other guests are not inconvenienced. We can extend a service on a late arrival only if time permits otherwise, you will be responsible for the full service fee.
Reservations
Walk-ins are always welcome at Bellís. To better accommodate you, we recommend that you book your reservations via phone to ensure better availability. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may begin your services on time. You are encouraged to arrive earlier to enjoy a cup of tea and relax before your appointment. Guests arriving at or past their scheduled appointment time, please be aware that your service time will reflect your tardiness. We value your time and the time of others. It is our goal to promptly start and end your services on time.
Bellís Therapeutic Spa is open on Sunday’s by appointment only to service the needs of our clients. Sunday appointments must be scheduled in advance and are pre-paid. Bellís Therapeutic Spa will refund 100% of your deposit as long as your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
A valid Major Credit Card is required (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) to hold all reservations when scheduling including Spa Packages and Spa Parties. We will not charge your card until services are rendered or if there is failure to follow the cancellation policy.
Cancellations
24 hour advance notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a credit card charge of 50% of the cost of the services. Please note that when guests cancel in less than 24 hours we are unable to fill those time slots and our staff loses income. Please be mindful that our staff makes a living by providing services to our clients. No shows without cancellation will be charged 100% of scheduled services. All Spa Parties must be cancelled 72 hours in advance.
Important Note
Our spa has the right to refuse treatment on any person with a medical condition contraindicated to the services. Example: Broken skin or lesions.
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in the price of our services and the Bellís staff appreciates your generosity in leaving gratuity for your services. Generally 15-20% of the normal price of your total for the service you received is the industry average. Gratuity may be left at the receptionist desk for your therapist.
Payment Policy
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please settle your account with the receptionist prior to your services. All coupons, specials pricing offers, referral free service cards, birthday discounts and newsletter specials must be presented upon arrival. A $30.00 fee will charged for all returned checks.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products we offer we cannot accept returns.
Children
Although children are wonderful we cannot accommodate them unless they are receiving a service. Please contact us for more details.
Spa Parties
Enjoy a day at the spa with your friends or family (3 or more people). At Bellís we can customize your in-spa event for Birthdays, Showers, Wedding Parties, Engagement Parties, Corporate Groups, or perhaps just a casual ladies night out of pampering. Let Bellís Therapeutic Spa pamper you and your guests with our variety of Spa services. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve all spa appointments for three or more people attending together. The $100.00 deposit will be credited towards the spa services for you and your guest. All Spa Parties must be cancelled 72 hours in advance.
Checkout
As you visit with us comes to an end feel free to make yourself comfortable and relax a moment before you leave if necessary. Please stop at the reception desk to settle your and we recommend that you schedule your next appointment with the receptionist prior to your departure to ensure the time and day of week for your next appointment.
Cell Phones/Pagers
Please be respectful of our other guests by muting your cell phones and pagers upon arrival.

Personal Items
Please leave your valuables at home prior to arriving at Bellís Therapeutic Spa. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be used for individual services, spa packages, corporate gifts, and treatment services. Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months and have no cash value. Gift Certificates are non refundable or redeemable for cash or refund. Gift certificates can be mailed ($2.00 charge), purchased on-line, or picked up in person.
Bellís Therapeutic Spa does not replace lost gift certificates. It is not possible to track their use and like cash, could be redeemed by anyone. Expired gift certificates will be assessed a $15.00 charge. Expired gift certificates purchased at a discounted rate, redeemer will be responsible for paying the difference for the cost of the service. Please present the original gift certificate upon arrival.
